GREETINGS to all the passionate wild hearts from The Wild Tales: Secrets of Sylvan Eyes.
I am Pratik Mahapatra from West Bengal, India — academically a student and researcher of English literary studies and humanities, yet spiritually and passionately connected to the untamed world of wildlife, forests, and natural history. Over the years, the simultaneous pressures of daily engagements, academic responsibilities, and the mechanical pace of life often made me wonder whether the fervour for wildlife exploration and documentation would gradually fade into silence. There were moments when the wilderness seemed distant, almost inaccessible amidst the routines of existence.
Yet, some passions refuse to perish.
After a prolonged hiatus, a brand new journey is finally preparing to unfold. With immense enthusiasm and heartfelt dedication, I am delighted to announce the commencement of my wildlife-oriented blogging platform, The Wild Tales: Secrets of Sylvan Eyes, beginning officially on the profoundly symbolic occasion of , 5 June.
The objective is not merely to publish articles, but to create a space where stories from forests, rivers, grasslands, and forgotten trails can breathe through words, visuals, and lived experiences. Every article shall attempt to carry the scent of the wild, the silence of the forests, and the emotional pulse of encounters that often remain beyond the reach of ordinary perception.
The viewers and readers shall be able to explore the published writings and features through the official link that will be shared on the aforementioned date.
As this humble endeavour prepares to take its first steps, I sincerely seek your support, encouragement, and good wishes. Collective blessings and shared enthusiasm often become the most precious touchstones behind every meaningful journey. May this initiative evolve into a small yet sincere contribution towards wildlife awareness, conservation consciousness, and the celebration of the natural world.
The wilderness has always had stories to tell. Perhaps this is merely an attempt to listen to them more carefully.
Thank you all.
